The Jay Duo features an integrated, contoured solid seat pan with a soft foam and fluid seat cushion. Designed to replace the sling upholstery and maintain the seat-to-floor height as low as possible. The Duo provides optimal comfort and skin protection for the person with moderate risk for skin break breakdown and mild positioning needs.

The Jay Duo consists of three distinct but integrated parts, a solid seat pan, a foam cushion and an integrated fluid pad:
• The dropped seat pan allows the client to keep their feet on the ground for foot propulsion, transfers or sitting.
• The contour of the foam cushion is designed to accommodate the curve of the aluminum pan while providing a level support for the pelvis.
• The Jay Flow fluid pad is designed to decrease direct sitting pressure to both the ischial tuberosities and the coccyx.
